Role title: Senior C# Developer – Internal Tools, Data & Automation
Location: India (Remote)
Work Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (UK Shift)
ET Overlap: Minimum 4 hours daily
Engagement: Contractor – Project Based (4+ months)

We are looking for a Senior C# Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET, SQL Server, data engineering, automation, and Healthcare domain experience.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
✅ 5+ years of C# / .NET development experience
✅ 5+ years of hands-on MS SQL Server development
✅ Strong expertise in Advanced T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, CTEs & Window Functions
✅ Strong experience with SQL Performance Tuning, Execution Plans, Indexing, Blocking & Deadlocks
✅ Experience with ETL / Data Integration – SSIS, Azure Data Factory or equivalent
✅ Experience with Relational Data Modelling and large, multi-source datasets
✅ Experience with Data Cleansing, Validation & Reconciliation
✅ Experience building C# tools, Web APIs, Services, Azure Functions or Scheduled Jobs
✅ Strong Code Review experience
✅ Experience owning solutions from requirements through production
✅ Strong Git experience
✅ Excellent English communication skills
✅ Healthcare domain experience is MANDATORY
✅ Hands-on production experience with Claude Code is MANDATORY
CLAUDE CODE – HARD REQUIREMENT
Candidates must have real-world production experience using Claude Code for:
• Feature planning
• Implementation
• Debugging
• Test generation
• Code review
• PR preparation
GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or other autocomplete-style AI tools alone will NOT be considered equivalent.
