- Manage and update product information, pricing, and vehicle configurations across internal systems in alignment with approved business policies.
- Execute and maintain business documentation, including pricing announcements, business plans, and system updates for new products or changes.
- Coordinate order processing from receipt to final configuration confirmation, working with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeline adherence.
- Prepare quotations, sales documents, and operational reports for customers, finance, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage documentation for commissions, rebates, audit requirements, and ensure proper record-keeping and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Order Management roles.
- Prior experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, manufacturing, or B2B environments is highly preferred.
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and manage complex workflows.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), able to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.
