Job Description

• Manages fund launches and product improvements, including data acquisition, for ETF and Mutual Fund products on global websites.
• Works with internal and external partners, including data providers, legal, compliance, and other marketing team members.
• Conducts high level business analysis involving complex business requirements and processes.
• Analyzes current processes and recommends process improvements.
• Understands site differences between countries, web page/fact sheet templates, data constraints, text nuances, and related requirements.
• Works with data providers to problem solve quickly and efficiently.
• Provides quality assurance testing support for key projects.
• Provides technical and business knowledge to clients.
• Keeps abreast of technological and competitive developments.
• Conducts research on industry practices and standards and other benchmarking data.
• Develops position statements on complex subject matter questions.

Minimum Job Specs (green from manager call):

• Need to understand ETFs
• Use their proprietary CMS, also use AEM and Workfront
  • Adobe Experience Manager
  • Adobe Workfront
• Minimum of 5 yrs exp
• Really need ETF exp (mutual funds not equivalent)
• Bachelors Degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent.
• 8 years of related financial services experience.
• Extensive knowledge of business functions.
• Experience with project management methodology.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Very strong relationship management skills.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Analytical problem solving mindset; probes resources for answers; performs analysis effectively; looks beyond the obvious to seek additional solutions; draws on experience to foresee issues before they arise.
