This senior business analyst role is critical to a high-profile program focused on operational and logistics optimization within a well-established organization. The position suits an experienced analyst who can work with various stakeholders to drive efficiency and support future growth through technology, process, and system integration initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement activities
• Facilitate workshops across business and technology teams
• Document current and future-state processes
• Support API and systems integration initiatives
• Produce business requirements, process maps, and data flows
• Partner with vendors and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency improvements

Requirements

• Extensive Business Analysis experience within complex project environments
• Proven experience delivering integration-focused initiatives
• Strong API integration and systems implementation exposure
• Excellent process mapping and business process improvement capability
• Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience within logistics, freight, transport, supply chain, distribution or manufacturing environments
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Experience working with third-party vendors and technology partners

Nice to have:

• Experience in operational transformation programs
• Manufacturing or industrial sector experience
• Exposure to data mapping and system migration activities
