Senior BOI Specialist / Up to 100K (ID: 709898)

Job Description:

• Advising clients on investment incentives, application processes, and compliance requirements.
• Support the preparation and review of BOI applications, legal documents, and investment‑related contracts.
• Provide assistance with company registration, foreign business licenses, and investment structuring matters.
• Liaise with the BOI, government authorities, and regulatory agencies under the supervision of BOI specialists.
• Conduct legal research on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and business structuring.
• Ensure adherence to Thai corporate laws, investment regulations, and foreign business requirements.
• Stay informed about updates to investment laws, regulations, and related compliance frameworks.
• Prepare and report application status, including any challenges or obstacles, to the supervisor.
• Collaborate closely with senior lawyers and external stakeholders to support effective legal solutions.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) with a valid license to practice law in Thailand.
• 5-8 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong interest in BOI applications and regulatory compliance.
• Solid understanding of Thai corporate law, investment regulations, and foreign investment policies.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in both Thai and English.
• Able to work effectively under supervision and thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
