- Strong Python/R and SQL skills; ability to build reproducible analytical pipelines.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal supervision.
- Ability to clearly communicate modeling assumptions, uncertainty, and insights to business stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Bayesian or probabilistic forecasting methods.
- Direct experience in clinical trial analytics, specifically Enrollment forecasting.
- Site selection / site ranking.
- Prior experience working with large pharma clients.
