Senior Billing, Collections, and Revenue Operations Analyst

About This Role

This role involves managing and controlling the complete billing and collections cycle for services, ensuring accurate invoice issuance, purchase order reconciliation, payment tracking, and compliance with commercial agreements. It also provides financial support to operations, ensures financial data integrity, addresses internal and external stakeholder needs, and optimizes billing processes in multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the billing process, from issuance to payment tracking, ensuring information is updated and organized
• Coordinate with the Finance team to perform reconciliations and follow up on accounts receivable, ensuring timely recovery
• Oversee and validate purchase orders (POs), ensuring correct amounts, validities, and consumption
• Control available balances and ensure correct application of orders in billing, adapting documentation to client requirements
• Support billing processes locally and with international teams, including handling multiple currencies and validating exchange rates
• Collaborate in resolving discrepancies and ensuring correct and timely financial closings
• Prepare billing, collections, and balance reports, providing clear information for decision-making
• Identify potential risks and improvement opportunities in financial and operational processes
• Review and resolve invoice rejections and financial differences
• Manage special situations such as adjustments, out-of-scope work, or penalties, coordinating with involved teams
• Track the availability of future purchase orders and validate their consistency with commercial agreements
• Participate in revenue planning and contribute to continuous improvement through process documentation, team training, and transition support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, International Business, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, revenue operations, order management, project management, or operational finance
• Experience working with purchase orders (POs), reconciliations, and collections tracking
• Knowledge of international billing processes and multi-currency handling
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience in preparing executive reports and financial analysis
• Intermediate-advanced English (desirable for interaction with global teams)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, revenue operations, order management, or operational finance
• Experience in reconciling purchase orders (POs), payment tracking, and collections management
• Experience working with international clients and teams
