We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst / Scrum Master to drive business analysis, Agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration across enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements, translate business needs into actionable user stories, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions. This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, stakeholder management, leadership, and Agile coaching.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in Agile software development environments.
• 2+ years of Scrum Master experience leading Agile teams.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira, SQL, and business process documentation.
