About the role
Job Summary:
We're excited to bring aboard a skilled Developer & Automation Expert with strong hands-on command of n8n to draw up, build, and take hold of end-to-end automations and data workflows across our business. This is a mid-to-senior post for a genuine developer and automations expert who brings solid software architecture footing, ease across several databases, and a disciplined habit around documentation. The right person takes complete ownership of automation projects from concept through to deployment and shines at building reliable, well-structured systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take hold of automation projects A to Z — from planning through to deployment and ongoing upkeep
- Wire up and connect tools across our stack, Supabase, Airtable, and GreenAPI included
- Draw up, build, and keep end-to-end automation workflows in n8n
- Architect and look after databases
- Take on data engineering tasks and see that data moves cleanly and reliably across systems
- Set down clear, thorough documentation for every development and workflow
- Bring CI/CD best practices to deployment and release processes
- Work with Git for version control and collaborative development
- Diagnose, sharpen, and keep lifting existing automations and data pipelines
Mandatory Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on software development behind you
- Solid software architecture footing
- Time spent working across several databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB, Supabase)
- Strong record building automations and workflows in n8n
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and processes
- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
- Strong data engineering fundamentals
- Capacity to turn out clear, detailed technical documentation
- Dependable, precise, and able to work solo
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on time with Airtable
- Record of building automations across several business functions
- Capacity to keep several development projects going at once
- Proven record taking hold of full development lifecycles unaided
