Job Description
- Processing treasury transactions accurately and ensuring timely settlement.
- Reconciling discrepancies in transaction records and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Managing daily cash flow and liquidity requirements for treasury operations.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve settlement issues.
- Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Preparing reports on settlement activities for management review.
- Assisting in the implementation of process improvements and system enhancements.
- Supporting audits and providing necessary documentation as required.
The Successful Applicant
- A strong understanding of treasury settlement processes within the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of banking and financial services operations in HK.
- Proficiency in using relevant financial systems and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.
