Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition

Must be Under 28 Years of Age.

Must be comfortable to work from Office (6 Days)

Must have minimum 1 Year of experience into non IT hiring.

Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing Candidates: Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates.

2. Screening and Assessment:Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific requirements.

3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate remote interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams.

4. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing timely and constructive feedback while keeping them informed about the hiring process.

5. Data Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

6. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs, provide insights on the talent market, and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.

7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to make informed recommendations on attracting top talent.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
