About the role
Role Overview: The Senior Associate, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Engineer, supports the implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and optimization of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SailPoint ISC implementations, including onboarding applications, configuring identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, roles, workflows, policies, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve onboarding challenges, and support identity governance activities.
- Collaborate with application owners, security teams, stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements and facilitate project delivery.
- Develop technical documentation, configuration guides, operational procedures, and best practices for SailPoint ISC.
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold a respectful work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum three years of recent hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including at least one year with SailPoint ISC.
- Experience supporting SailPoint ISC implementations, such as onboarding, identity lifecycle management, certifications, roles, workflows, and migrations.
- Understanding of identity governance, access controls, regulatory compliance, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to technical workstreams.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Additional Information: The role involves supporting identity security initiatives, developing documentation, and working in a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality solutions. Travel may be required.
