About the role
Role Overview: The Senior Associate, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Engineer, supports the implementation, configuration, testing, and optimization of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SailPoint ISC deployments, including application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, workflows, and policies.
- Configure and maintain identity governance solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and support identity governance activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical documentation, operational procedures, and best practices.
- Contribute to technical workstreams, participate in project delivery, and support IAM migrations.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and responsibility in all activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum three years’ hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), including at least one year with SailPoint ISC.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting SailPoint ISC implementations, including onboarding, identity management, certifications, and workflows.
- Understanding of identity governance, access controls, regulatory compliance, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; travel flexibility may be required.
