About the role
Creative Circle's client is seeking a Senior Agency Art Director to support a high-performing in-house creative team. We're looking for a strategic, concept-driven creative who can develop compelling campaigns and visual storytelling across advertising, brand, social, video, sponsorship, and experiential initiatives.
THIS ROLE IS 4 DAYS ONSITE - 1 DAY REMOTE.
As an Art Director, you will: Develop and present creative concepts, campaigns, and visual directions.
Partner with copywriters, designers, and marketing stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
Create storyboards, presentations, and campaign assets across digital, social, and traditional channels.
Support event, sponsorship, and branded environment initiatives.
Ensure work aligns with brand standards while pushing creative thinking forward.
Must Have Experience :
7+ years of Art Director experience, ideally within an agency or large in-house creative team.
Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, integrated campaigns, and art direction excellence.
Experience across advertising, digital, social, and brand marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
Advertising agency experience.
Experience with paid media campaigns, social content, video concepting, and storyboarding.
Exposure to experiential, sponsorship, or environmental design projects.
Please include a portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual campaign work, creative problem-solving, and integrated marketing experience. We're looking for idea-driven thinkers, not candidates whose work is primarily production design or video editing-focused.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
