Position: Senior Archer Developer
Location: 3 Days a Week Onsite (Tampa, FL | St. Petersburg, FL | Clearwater, FL | Brandon, FL | Riverview, FL | Sarasota, FL | Orlando, FL)
Duration: 12+ months

Required Skills
• 8-10+ years of experience as an RSA Archer Developer or Archer Technical Consultant.
• Deep understanding of RSA Archer architecture and data models.
• Hands-on expertise with:
o Archer Configuration
o Archer Customization
o Workflow Design
o Data Feeds
o Notifications
o Questionnaires
o Reporting
o Calculated Fields
• Experience developing and supporting Archer Custom Objects.
• Strong experience with Archer REST APIs and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Archer Next Generation UI.
• Experience supporting multiple Archer use cases including:
o Risk Register
o RCSA
o Issues Management
o Compliance Management
o Audit Management
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Preferred Skills
• Integration experience with:
o ServiceNow
o Snowflake
o Enterprise Data Platforms
• Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes and frameworks.
• Archer platform upgrades and migration experience.
• Environment management experience across Dev, QA, and Production.
• Experience within financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management practices.
Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills across Risk, Compliance, Audit, Security, and Technology teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, scalability, and platform performance.
• Strong documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities.
