About the role
Position: Senior AR Accountant
Location: Bangsao, Samut Prakan
Working day: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Salary: Up to 70K
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable, collections, overdue accounts, and customer payments.
- Monitor AR aging, DSO, and collection performance, providing regular reports and insights.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing disputes with customers and internal teams.
- Handle sales order blocking/unblocking requests.
- Perform AR reconciliations, month-end closing, and bad debt provisions.
- Ensure accurate AR records, resolve discrepancies, and support audits.
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance collection efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience.
- Experience in multinational companies and knowledge of US GAAP.
- Professional certifications (CA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of AR, collections, credit control, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and conduct customer credit analysis.
