Solid Technical Foundation
The candidate is not expected to write production code but should be comfortable communicating with developers and understanding technical discussions.
Ideal candidates should:
- Possess certain programming experience: Familiar with at least one mainstream programming language (such as Java, C++, Python, Go, or TypeScript), capable of independently writing demos and resolving basic code issues.
- Platform technology stack: Familiar with native Android application development and software debugging for Android and iOS devices.
- Architecture and troubleshooting: Able to understand the underlying logic of the system and possess keen skills in identifying and diagnosing online issues (including packet capture analysis, log tracking, etc.).
- Be able to understand developers' technical questions and requirements.
- Act as a bridge between developers and the R&D team.
- Independently track technical issues from start to resolution instead of simply forwarding messages.
Strong Project Management
This is equally important as the technical background.
We're looking for someone who can:
- Plan and prioritize work independently.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Drive issue resolution proactively.
- Manage timelines and identify potential risks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Mandarin speaking (preferred)
- Experience in Android ecosystem
- Developer Support experience
- Experience in international technology companies
Customer Service and Delivery: Possesses excellent customer service awareness and presentation skills and can guide external developers in technical integration.
Ecosystem Co-construction: Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, able to align Huawei's internal R&D, pre-sales, and post-sales teams to drive the implementation of ecosystem technology achievements.
