The Role
- Deliver and support technology solutions that establish key business capabilities and platform features
- Collaborate across IT and business to shape solution design
- Build secure and scalable software, improving platform health through strong engineering practices
- Lead end-to-end delivery including requirements refinement, technical design, and deployment
- Build high-quality, production-ready solutions using established design patterns and coding standards
- Strengthen platform reliability, participate in on-call support, and troubleshoot incidents
What You'll Need
- 4–10 years of professional industry experience with software development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2+ years leading teams of four or more software developers or equivalent technical leadership scope
- Advanced experience with relevant platforms/applications, APIs, and key system components
- Strong experience with integration and data transport patterns
- Experience building on or extending commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications
