Job Summary
Manage and support Blue Yonder TMS modules including transportation planning, load building, rating, tendering and financials.
- Configure and enhance TMS functionalities based on business requirements and process improvements.
- Monitor and support EDI transactions (204,990,214,210,997) ensuring seamless carrier connectivity.
- Coordinate with carriers and internal stakeholders for onboarding, testing and production support.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and provide production support.
- Validate transactional data using SQL queries.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and cloud releases ensuring minimal business disruptions.
- Prepare regular status reports and communicate updates to business and IT stakeholders.
Good to have skills
Exposure to Blue Yonder TMS Cloud environment.
- Working knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12 / EDIFACT) and carrier onboarding processes.
- Basic understanding of API integrations and file-based interfaces (XML /JSON/CSV).
