Senior Analyst - PeopleSoft FSCM Techno Functional
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to lead the design, implementation, development, and maintenance of PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) solutions across India. The role requires deep expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM modules, particularly Asset Management, and hands‑on experience with the PeopleSoft Application Designer. The analyst will troubleshoot issues, develop test plans, ensure quality and system performance, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions.
Location: PAN India
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft FSCM solutions, with a focus on Asset Management.
- Utilize PeopleSoft Application Designer to create and modify application components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the PeopleSoft environment.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and conduct rigorous testing to ensure quality and performance.
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- 5 to 14 years of experience in PeopleSoft FSCM techno‑functional roles.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft FSCM modules, especially Asset Management.
- Hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer.
- Strong troubleshooting, test planning, and quality assurance skills.
- Ability to monitor and improve system performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
