About This Team The core mandate of the Fulfillment Analytics team is to solve global fulfillment business problems and support management of business performance using data science methods, including statistical, machine learning, and other advanced analytics techniques. The team is critical in enabling disciplined management of service, cost performance, and optimization initiatives across fulfillment functions (Inbound Logistics, Trade Compliance, Distribution, Outbound Logistics) globally, through design and development of reporting and analytics, deployment of key management routines utilizing reporting, and driving key decision analysis for supply chain through data science.

core responsibilities

  • Design and build reports, dashboards and visualizations of key performance indicators (KPIs) and diagnostics to measure performance against Global Fulfillment business goals
  • Apply best practices in business metrics, data visualization and executive reporting concepts and layouts in existing and future reporting
  • Design and build easy-to-interpret reports, dashboards and presentations based on collected data
  • Identify key trends and opportunities in Global Fulfillment operations using data science and analytics, delivering quantitative support using statistical methods to teams responsible for operational improvement and streamlining processes

q ualifications

  • 5+ years' experience as a Data Analyst; ideally within the Supply Chain or related industry
  • Experienced with data visualization, particularly in Power BI, and knowledge of best practices in reporting structure
  • Strong familiarity with the functioning of the flows, architecture, and optimal structure of data: competence to acquire data needed to drive results
  • Proficient in applying data analytics to optimizing business results
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely with initiative
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Power BI, Access, PowerPoint, Forms and Word
  • Proficiency in SQL, VBA, C++, DAX; 2+ years' experience creating executive-level data visualization reports in Power BI
