Purpose Of The Role To deliver a standardised, efficient and customer-focused Order-to-Cash service by proactively managing cash collection, customer accounts, credit risk and query resolution.
Key Accountabilities (3-5)
- Customer and Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, Sales, Commercial Finance, Process Excellence teams and other internal stakeholders. Lead regular communications to review account status, cash collection and recurring issues.
- Cash Collection and Credit Risk Management Proactively manage cash collection, monitor customer payment behaviour, support credit limit reviews and make recommendations regarding credit limit changes and order releases in line with the Schedule of Authority.
- Customer Ledger and Query Management Maintain accurate customer ledger information, including overdue invoices, rejected or unidentified deductions and reason codes. Take ownership of customer queries and ensure Internal Query Management tickets are raised, managed and resolved within agreed timelines.
- Financial Control and Reporting Provide input to cash forecasting, validate outgoing payment proposals and support the review of bad debts, provisions and write-offs with In-Market Commercial Finance. Promote compliance with CARM, Sarbanes-Oxley and other internal control requirements.
- Continuous Improvement and Issue Resolution Identify recurring cash, dispute, data and technical issues, support root cause analysis and drive timely resolution. Maintain accurate customer contact details and knowledge documentation.

Qualifications And Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline preferred.
- Relevant experience 3 to 6 years in credit and controls, cash applications ,order-to-cash processes, customer credit management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and excellent local language capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver within agreed timelines.
- Experience working with ERP systems-SAP(S4 Hana), customer account management tools and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
- Willingness and flexibility to cover the working hours of the supported market.
