Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Developer to design, optimize, and maintain a robust Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) foundation that powers all high-stakes internal dashboards in Power BI. The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability across mission-critical reporting systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric components will be a strong advantage.
Responsibilities 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Database design: Architect normalized and optimized schemas to support analytical workloads.
- SQL development: Write efficient queries, stored procedures, and functions for data processing and reporting.
- Performance tuning: Optimize queries, indexes, and execution plans to ensure high performance.
- ETL processes: Develop and maintain pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and loading into reporting layers.
- Power BI integration: Collaborate with BI developers to ensure seamless connectivity and optimized data models.
- Data governance: Implement standards for data quality, security, and compliance.
- MS Fabric knowledge: Leverage Fabric components (e.g., Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse) to enhance scalability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–6 years of professional experience in SQL development and database management.
