About the role
Job Description
- Manage full-set accounting and end-to-end month-end/year-end closing.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports and financial analysis in accordance with SFRS.
- Handle GST, corporate tax, withholding tax and statutory compliance.
- Perform journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, schedules and variance analysis.
- Coordinate annual audits and liaise with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial providers and authorities.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital.
- Maintain strong internal controls and financial governance.
- Partner with business and regional teams on accounting and finance matters.
- Participate in SAP/ERP implementation, migration and enhancement projects, including UAT, data validation, reconciliation and cutover.
- Drive process improvements, automation and system optimisation.
- Support extended weekday hours and occasional weekend work during the finance transition period.
Job Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.

8+ years of accounting/finance experience with strong full-set accounting exposure.

Strong knowledge of SFRS, Singapore accounting practices, GST and corporate tax.

Hands-on SAP and advanced Excel experience.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and variance analysis.

Able to independently handle detailed accounting work and resolve accounting issues.

Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA/CA is preferred.

MNC/regional finance, ERP implementation, consolidation, intercompany accounting, Power BI or process automation experience is advantageous.
