About the role
Scope of Duties:
- Supervise and review all daily accounting entries in ERP system.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and consultants.
- Prepare revenue and expense forecasts.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
- Manage corporate legal and compliance risks.
- Ad hoc as assigned.
Qualifications:

Strong experience supervising and reviewing daily accounting transactions.

Proven ability to manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes with accuracy and timeliness.

Experience coordinating with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance, social security administration, and corporate legal requirements, with ability to maintain relationships with outsourced consultants.

Self-motivated, proactive, independent, responsible, detail oriented.

Ability to organize and prioritize workload within established deadlines.

Well adapted and comfortable working within a small, close knit business environment

Willing to learn new things.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at different level.

Good command of spoken and written English.
