Senior Account Manager / Account Manager

About This Role

This Account Manager role focuses on selling Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) solutions, including fire alarm, access control, and CCTV, across various locations. The position requires a candidate with strong sales experience in the IBMS domain, capable of managing tender submissions and building customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Timely submission of tenders
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets in the region
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Work closely with consultants and other influencers

Requirements

• Sales experience in IBMS solutions (Fire Alarm, Public Address, Gas Suppression, WLD, Rodent Repellent, Panel Flooding, Access Control, CCTV, Boom/Flap Barriers, BMS, EMS, etc.)
• Total experience of 7 to 10 years
• Proficient in presales activities, including handling costing sheets in Excel and managing third-party vendors
• Skilled in managing big tender submissions within timelines
• Alternatively, experience in Design or Business Development of IBMS Solutions
• Past experience in other products/solutions/projects or customer segments may be considered if there are common touchpoints in terms of market or consultant connect
• Willingness to learn
• Self-driven and determined to succeed in a tough competitive environment
• Ability to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders with conflicting expectations, both internal and external
