Senior Account Executive
Summary:
Sell to physicians at independent and PE-backed private practices. Own full sales cycle from prospecting to signed agreement. Focus on specialty and primary care practices.
Responsibilities
- Own full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, presentations, negotiation, close
- Build pipeline of independent, physician-owned, and PE-backed private practices
- Sell directly to physicians, practice owners, administrators
- Develop relationships in cardiology, nephrology, gastroenterology, pulmonology, primary care
- Partner with clinical/implementation teams for onboarding
- Represent company at specialty society meetings, conferences, networking events
- Provide market feedback to leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years sales experience selling directly to physicians/practices
- Proven success selling into private practices, physician-owned groups, or PE-backed platforms
- Full-cycle sales ownership
- Consultative selling skills
- Self-starter, autonomy in field-based territory
- Based in Nevada or Greater Philadelphia/Pennsylvania area
Bonus Points
- Existing relationships with practices in Nevada or Pennsylvania
- Experience selling to cardiologists, nephrologists, gastroenterologists, pulmonologists, or primary care physicians
- Background in RPM, CCM, value-based care, medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare SaaS
- Familiarity with RPM/CCM CPT codes and Medicare billing
