Job Description Vironix Health - Senior Account Executive
Location: Las Vegas, NV
- Remote (Must be based in Nevada or Greater Philadelphia / Pennsylvania area)
Job Summary Vironix Health is an AI-powered remote patient monitoring (RPM) and chronic care management (CCM) company. We're seeking a Senior Account Executive to sell directly to independent and PE-backed physician practices, not hospital systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, presentations, negotiation, and close
- Build and manage a pipeline of independent, physician-owned, and PE-backed private practices
- Sell directly to physicians, practice owners, and practice administrators
- Develop deep relationships within cardiology, nephrology, gastroenterology, pulmonology, and primary care
- Partner with clinical and implementation teams for smooth onboarding
- Represent Vironix at local specialty society meetings and conferences
- Provide market feedback to leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience selling directly to physicians and physician practices
- Proven success selling into private practices, physician-owned groups, or PE-backed practice platforms
- Full-cycle sales ownership
- Consultative selling skills comfortable with clinical workflows and practice economics
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy
- Based in Nevada or Greater Philadelphia / Pennsylvania area (or willing to relocate)
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships with practices in Nevada or Pennsylvania
- Experience selling to cardiologists, nephrologists, gastroenterologists, pulmonologists, or primary care physicians
- Background in RPM, CCM, value-based care, medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare SaaS
- Familiarity with practice reimbursement models (RPM/CCM CPT codes, Medicare billing)
Compensation
- Base salary: $100,000–$140,000
- Uncapped commission with realistic on-target earnings of $300K+
