About This Role
Operating machines that produce semiconductor components for smartphones and cars is the core of this manufacturing job. The work is straightforward, involving setting small parts and pressing a start button, making it suitable for those new to manufacturing who want to change their current environment.
Responsibilities
- Arrange palm-sized components on a dedicated tray
- Set components in the processing machine and press the start button
- Remove processed components and check for scratches

Important Details
- Schedule: 8:30-17:30 / 20:30-05:30 (8 hours actual work, 1 hour break)
- Overtime: 10-20 hours per month
- Shift: alternating shifts every 2 weeks
- Days off: complete two-day weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
- Holidays: Golden Week, summer vacation, New Year holidays, paid leave
- Passive smoking prevention: indoor/on-site non-smoking (smoking area installed outdoors)
