Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer with expertise in Selenium and JMeter to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts and performance testing solutions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring software quality, identifying defects, and validating application performance under various load conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Selenium Automation Testing
- Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Design automation frameworks using C#, TestNG/JUnit, Maven, and Page Object Model (POM).
- Perform load, functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Analyze test execution results and prepare test reports.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve defects.
Performance Testing with JMeter
- Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests using Apache JMeter.
- Create and maintain JMeter test plans and scripts.
- Monitor application behavior during performance tests.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.
- Generate performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Quality Assurance
- Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
- Track defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices.

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices is a plus.
