Our client seeks a Security Program Manager who will govern and mobilize two programs within security operations. The role will define charters, objectives, KPIs and KRIs, and roadmaps aligned to security strategy, establish governance, align stakeholders across Security and IT, manage integrated plans, budgets, resources, and vendors, and deliver executive reporting and narratives for leadership forums.

Rate: $70.00 to $80.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities
- Define program charters, objectives, success metrics (KPIs/KRIs), and roadmaps aligned to security strategy.
- Establish and manage governance structures including steering committees, working groups, and escalation paths.
- Identify and align stakeholders across teams including Security (ISRM) and IT.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and dependencies.
- Manage budgets, resource planning, and vendor contracts where applicable.
- Deliver executive reporting on status, risks, and value realization.
- Support development of executive-ready narratives for Investment Committee and leadership forums.
Experience Requirements
- Technical program manager with experience managing technical projects.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Experience coordinating resources across multiple geographies.
- Background leading high-profile, high-pressure programs.
