Security Planning & Operations

Who we are We are responsible for protecting information assets and ensuring site security at Hyundai Motor Company's Ulsan Plant through security policy planning, implementation, and compliance assessments, as well as initiatives to strengthen employees' security awareness. In particular, the team oversees National Core Technology security management and compliance with the Industrial Technology Protection Act for the Ulsan Fuel Cell Plant.

Responsibilities In this role, you will establish and operate information security systems for Hyundai Motor Company's Ulsan Plant and Fuel Cell New Plant, and perform compliance tasks related to the Industrial Technology Protection Act.

■ Business Site Security Policy Planning and Operations

• Conducting risk assessments and deriving improvement tasks through analyzing latest security trends and threat dynamics
• Establishing and operating physical security policies and managing security personnel
• Planning and operating education, campaigns, and communication activities to enhance security awareness

■ Business Site IT Security Policy Operations Support

• Supporting the application and operations of enterprise-wide standard IT security policies at business sites
• Responding to business site security issues, collecting requirements, promoting improvement tasks, and collaborating with relevant headquarters departments
• Supporting security operations for production IT systems (MES, PLM, etc.)

■ National Core Technology Security Management

• Ensuring compliance with the Industrial Technology Protection Act (business site security management, responding to government fact-finding surveys, and reporting national core technology exports)
• Analyzing relevant laws and responding to government agencies for protecting national core technologies handled by the company
• Identifying national core technologies within the company, analyzing distribution channels, and conducting activities to strengthen protection

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum 3 years of experience in security management
• Proficiency in English (fluent in both written and oral business communication)

Preferred Qualifications

• Those who have a degree in Information Security, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Those who have a security-related certifications such as Engineer Information Security, CISM, CISSP, CISA, or equivalent qualifications
• Experience in IT infrastructure, security systems, databases (DB), and operating systems (OS)
• Experience in digital forensics and responding to information leakage incidents
• Experience inin legal and regulatory security management, audits, and improvement activities based on an understanding of the National Core Technology Protection framework
