Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming store environment, greeting customers and delivering professional support to both customers and colleagues
- Help keep stores safe and secure, preventing loss, responding to incidents, identifying risks, and supporting safe ways of working
- Use store technology, including mobile reporting systems and body-worn cameras, to support store operations and incident management
- Stay calm under pressure, acting professionally and confidently when responding to challenging situations or supporting emergency procedures
- Work closely with store colleagues to maintain high standards, support operations, and create a positive environment for everyone
- Adapt quickly to changing situations to support the store when needed
Requirements
- Previous security experience is preferred
- A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, confident, and professional approach
- A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly
- A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe
- Ability to provide a 5-year checkable work history within the UK
