Job Summary
The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:
- Manage daily operational and administrative functions for a large contract in the area
- Develop and implement project plans for key strategic initiatives designed to improve operations capabilities and responsiveness
- Compile productivity and performance SLAs, KPIs, and dashboard reports to ensure metrics are captured and reported for executive level consumption
- Ensure the highest standards of conduct, appearance, performance and training are being met at all times.
- Serve as the company's designated Qualifying Agent for Utah operations.
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing, regulatory, and permitting requirements.
- Monitor and maintain the company's standing with relevant state regulatory agencies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Successfully passed the Utah State Contract Security Company Qualifying Agent (QA) examination.
- Current resident of the State of Utah.
- Minimum of 6,000 hours of supervisory experience, as required by state regulations.
- Prior experience serving as a Qualifying Agent for a licensed security company.
- Experience working with state licensing boards and regulatory agencies.
