- Coordinate the return of lost and found articles to guests/members.
- Catalogue, organize and secure guest/staff lost and found valuables.
- Provide guest services in person and over the phone.
- Perform administrative duties including completing guest lost article reports, data entry, filing and phone reception.
- Have other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.

Qualifications:
- You!
- Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Detail oriented individuals with a high level of accuracy
- Candidates that can work independently with minimal supervision
- Candidates with Microsoft Word and Excel experience, as well as the ability to adapt to other computer programs
- Availability that includes working flexible shifts, including evenings, on weekends and holidays
