Important Details
- Schedule: Flexible shifts, from 1 day a week
- Work format: Day shifts (8:00-17:00 or 9:00-18:00) or night shifts (20:00-5:00) available
- Overtime: Up to 60 hours per month, 720 hours per year, limited to 6 times due to seasonal demand or concentrated customer orders
- Break time: 60 minutes
- Days off: Sundays, public holidays, and other days based on shift system; can work on desired days
- Contract: Permanent
- Probation period: 2 months
- Team: 5 employees, including 1 woman and 5 part-time staff at the work location
- Other work locations: Machida City, Sagamihara City, Hachioji City, Yokohama City, Yamato City
- Retirement age: 70, 75, or 80 years old depending on age at hiring
- Re-employment system: Available, no upper age limit for re-employment
- Work extension: Available
- Outdoor work: Yes, for passive smoking countermeasures
