About This Role
This security guard role involves managing entry and exit points, performing patrols, and responding to emergencies within a facility. It suits candidates of all ages and experience levels, as comprehensive support is provided from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Verify the identity and purpose of individuals entering and exiting the facility, regulating access accordingly
- Conduct foot patrols within the premises, checking locks and fire hazards, and maintaining a deterrent presence
- Provide initial response to incidents, such as initial firefighting and voluntary questioning
Requirements
- Age limit: 18 to 59 years (due to mandatory retirement at 60 and security guard law Article 14)

Important Details
- Schedule: Variable working hours system (1-month unit), working hours 9:00 AM – 8:59 AM (average monthly working hours within 173 hours)
- Overtime: Approximately 20 hours per month
- Special provisions for overtime: Up to 75 hours per month and 720 hours per year, limited to 6 times a year, in cases of concentrated temporary orders requiring support
- Break time: 480 minutes
- Annual holidays: 122 days
- Days off: Other, two days off per week (rotational)
- Paid annual leave: 10 days after 6 months of employment
- Contract: Permanent, no trial period
- Transfer: Possible within commuting area
- Re-employment system: Up to 73 years old
