About This Role
This security guard position involves directing vehicles and pedestrians at construction sites, parking lots, and apartment buildings. It is an entry-level role suitable for individuals of all ages, including those in their 50s and 60s, as it does not require heavy physical labor.
Responsibilities
- Direct vehicles and pedestrians at various sites, such as construction areas and supermarket parking lots
- Greet site supervisors and other security guards upon arrival
- Take breaks in rotation with other guards
- Work directly at the site and return home directly after shifts
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older (due to security industry law)
- No academic background required
- No prior experience necessary

Important Details
- Schedule: Flexible shifts, start after 9 AM or 10 AM, finish before 5 PM, no overtime
- Working hours: 22:00-06:00 (variable), 6 hours or more actual work with 45-minute break, 8 hours or more actual work with 60-minute break
- Workdays: 1 day a week or more, regular shifts available, night shifts main available
- Contract: Part-time / casual employee

Application Process
- 100% interview for all applicants (personality-based hiring)
- No resume required for the interview
- Interview takes approximately 10 minutes, often involving casual conversation with the president
