Security Agent

About This Role

As a Security Agent with Paladin Security, you will play a key role in keeping local public and government facilities safe, secure, and welcoming. This casual, part-time position offers a flexible schedule and a direct entry point into the security industry. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough foot patrols across interior and exterior facility spaces.
• Greet visitors and staff, answer routine questions, and provide access control.
• Identify potential safety hazards and respond promptly to incidents or emergencies.
• Write clear, objective incident reports and log daily shift details using digital applications.
• Safely operate company or client vehicles as required during patrol duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clear, detailed reports.
• Strong spoken communication and interpersonal skills to interact calmly and respectfully with the public.
• Basic computer skills, including comfort with data entry and reporting software.
• Physical capability to perform extensive foot patrols and remain standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shift times on a casual, as-needed basis.

Nice to have:

• Valid Saskatchewan Security Worker License (guidance can be provided if you need to obtain one).
• Prior experience in customer service, security, or public-facing roles.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
