Project Overview:
We are seeking a group of skilled Institutional Finance Professionals to work as project consultants in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.
Location: U.S.-based experts only
Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Project Summary:
Seeking experienced asset management, portfolio management, securities trading, ETF sales, institutional sales, and capital markets professionals to create realistic finance tasks used to train and evaluate AI systems. Contributors will design authentic business scenarios based on professional workflows, deliverables, and decision-making processes common within institutional investment environments.
Consultant Engagement Terms:
This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based upon anticipated time of completion. Consultants will control their own schedule, provide their own tools to perform the work, and are free to simultaneously provide services to other vendors and employers to the extent permitted by those vendors and employers.
Responsibilities:
Contributors will:
- Create realistic finance tasks based on professional experience
- Design authentic portfolio management and investment analysis scenarios
- Develop institutional client servicing and investor communication exercises
- Create securities trading, ETF, and capital markets workflow tasks
- Utilize common business artifacts such as Excel analytics, PDFs, and Word documents
- Ensure tasks reflect real-world professional judgment and business decision-making
- Review and refine tasks for realism, clarity, and professional accuracy
- Avoid use of confidential or proprietary information

Qualifications:
- U.S.-based professional
- 7+ years of experience in global asset management, portfolio management, institutional investing, institutional sales, securities trading, ETF sales/trading, fund advisory, or related capital markets fields
- Experience creating or reviewing professional financial analyses or client-facing materials
- Strong understanding of institutional investment workflows
- Ability to translate real-world work into structured task scenarios
- Excellent written communication skills
