Qualifications:
- Must meet all West Virginia State requirements and successfully complete required Cook certification tests.
- Must currently hold or have previously held Cook classification.
- Must be an active employee of Lincoln County Schools.
Position Details:
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2 hours per day after the regular cook shift as needed.
- Timekeeping: Employees must use the Celeritime system to clock in and out.
- Note: Hours are not guaranteed and may be reduced or eliminated if participation is low.
Responsibilities:
- Complete required food safety checks and adhere to HACCP procedures.
- Order groceries and maintain adequate inventory for afterschool meals.
- Plan production to meet program needs.
- Accurately record daily production and meal counts.
Program Information:
- Start Date: August 14, 2026 (Prep/Training Day)
- First Day with Students: August 17, 2026
- Duration: Program will operate through the end of the school year.
- Funding Source: Food Service Funds (CACFP)
