Core Responsibilities
Deliver refined and personalized food and beverage service in accordance with Relais & Châteaux and hotel standards. Manage and coordinate all service activities within the assigned station. Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations through proactive and attentive service. Ensure tables are impeccably prepared before, during, and after service.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Chef de Rang, Senior Waiter, or a similar role in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale resort. Advanced English proficiency is required; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or German are considered an asset. Strong knowledge of international food and beverage service standards.
