Job Description:
Assist in preparing laboratory experiments, materials, and equipment prior to scheduled sessions; Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, storage areas, and common laboratory spaces; Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments under supervision; Assist in receiving, labeling, and storing supplies and chemical reagents safely; Support faculty and students during experiments by providing materials and technical assistance; Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with departmental and institutional health and safety guidelines; Dispose of chemical and biological waste properly, following appropriate environmental and safety procedures; Record and report data or equipment malfunctions to the supervising instructor or laboratory manager; Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately; Strong organizational skills and reliability; Effective communication and teamwork skills.
