Role:
Seasonal Cleaning Supervisors oversee cleaning operations during a major tennis event, ensuring a clean and safe environment for staff and guests.
Responsibilities Include
- Supervising and coordinating cleaning staff and services
- Dispatching staff to designated areas promptly
- Maintaining daily logs of work performed and documenting incidents
- Reporting issues such as vendor problems, emergencies, and safety concerns
- Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Patrolling assigned zones and troubleshooting cleaning problems
- Ensuring facility cleanliness meets standards after each session
- Assisting with weather-related tasks and court/seat drying
- Enforcing grooming and appearance policies
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Comfortable working in a stadium environment with large crowds and high heights
- Customer service experience
- Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed in uniform
- Ability to work long shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and a proactive team attitude
- Bilingual in Spanish required
