## SDET Internship: Build the Future of Quality with Java & Spring Boot!

We're looking for enthusiastic and driven Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) Interns to embed themselves within our engineering teams. This isn't a traditional QA role—you'll be directly responsible for designing and building cutting-edge automation frameworks using industry-leading tools. ### What We're Looking For (Foundational Skills):
* Programming Prowess: Proven foundational knowledge and experience in Java development (academic, project, or bootcamp), with exposure to developing applications using the Spring Boot framework.
* Engineering Fundamentals: A solid grasp of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) concepts—you know how to write simple, modular, and maintainable code.
* Database Literacy: Good knowledge of SQL and the ability to interact with relational databases (like MariaDB). You understand how to verify data integrity.
* Automation Mindset: A true passion for writing clean, simple, and efficient test automation code for APIs (RESTful services) and/or User Interfaces.
* Analytical Rigor: The ability to convert user stories and requirements into detailed, executable test cases and scenarios.
* Quality Methodologies: Understanding of modern software quality principles, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
### Bonus Skills That Will Make Your Application Stand Out:
* Front-End Familiarity: Basic exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like ReactJS is a plus for tackling full-stack automation challenges.
* Tooling Experience: Any experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber) or version control systems like Git is highly valued.
* Polyglot Potential: Exposure to other programming languages like Python for scripting or tooling is a bonus, showing a quick learning ability.
