About This Role
This role combines the responsibilities of a Scrum Master with team leadership, focusing on coordinating projects and guiding teams within an Agile framework. The position suits a professional with deep knowledge of Scrum and experience with other Agile methodologies, acting as a crucial link between team members and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sprints and daily stand-up meetings
- Improve the team's Agile capabilities and promote continuous improvement
- Ensure effective collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders
- Ensure that all deliverables meet the established quality standards
- Motivate and guide team members while fostering positive team dynamics
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and handle new requests in response to changing project requirements
- Guide the team in implementing adjustments to optimise performance
- Plan, organise, and lead team meetings to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Monitor team progress and provide regular updates to management
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve set goals and meet deadlines
- Ensure that team members have the necessary resources and coordinate with other departments when required
- Train new team members and coach existing members to improve their performance
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement new strategies to enhance team performance
- Ensure that all team members comply with company guidelines and procedures
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Strong organisational skills
- Dutch speaking required
