Scrum Master / Business Analyst

About This Role

This Scrum Master / Business Analyst position is part of a forward-thinking innovation team, playing a key role in advancing digital transformation initiatives. The role supports both Agile delivery and business analysis efforts, acting as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business needs are effectively translated into scalable solutions. Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and assist with backlog prioritization
• Track and manage requirements throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations (e.g., Power BI)
• Produce documentation including user stories, use cases, and process flows
• Coordinate the creation and maintenance of product and system documentation
• Maintain team knowledge repositories and workflows
• Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses for enhancements and change requests
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation efforts
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related roles
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps platforms
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize enterprise systems and applications
• Willingness to work extended hours or weekends as needed
• Strong initiative and sense of ownership
• Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
