About This Role
This role facilitates the agile execution of projects and supports the company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System. It ensures compliance with established processes, objectives, and deadlines, while maintaining updated documentation and records, tracking progress, risks, and agreements, and assisting with internal and external audits.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (implementation, maintenance, or participation in audits)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master, project coordinator, or functional analyst in agile environments
- Knowledge of agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban (ceremonies, backlog, and sprints)
- Proficiency in Jira and Scrum/Kanban boards
- Ability to prepare progress reports, minutes, records, and executive presentations
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard: requirements, process-based approach, and risk-based thinking
- Knowledge of documented information management: procedures, records, and version control
- Knowledge of internal and follow-up audits; treatment of non-conformities and corrective actions
- Quality and continuous improvement orientation
- Attention to detail and rigor in documentation
- Leadership and facilitation of multidisciplinary teams
- Effective communication with technical teams, clients, and management
