SCM Service Center Manager

In this role you will be responsible for delivering efficient, compliant, and customer-focused SCM support services while driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across procurement and supply chain operations.

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve**:**

• Lead, develop, and mentor the SCMServiceCenter****team, ensuring high performance, employee engagement, and consistent delivery of procurement support services.
• Manage day-to-day service operations, balancing workloads and monitoring performance against established ServiceLevelAgreements**(SLAs)**, KPIs, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Oversee core SupplyChainManagementsupportprocesses, including supplier onboarding, master data management, RFQ administration, purchase requisition and purchase order support, catalog maintenance, and invoice inquiry resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including **Purchasing,****Finance,AccountsPayable,**Engineering,Legal,andPlantOperations to drive compliance, improve service delivery, and support business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by standardizing processes, implementing automation, enhancing data quality, developing performance dashboards, and increasing operational efficiency across SCM support services.

If you have/are:

• Bachelor’s degree in **SupplyChainManagement,BusinessAdministration,**Finance,OperationsManagement, or a related field.
• Minimum 7yearsof****experience in supply chain, procurement operations, shared services, purchasing support, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) environments, including 3+yearsofleadershipexperience managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of P2P****processes and enterprise systems, with experience in platforms such as Coupa**(S2P),JDEdwards,SAP,Oracle,orsimilarERP/procurementsolutions**.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive service excellence and support cross-functional business partners.
• Experience in manufacturing****environments, shared services or service center operations, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean,SixSigma,processautomation,andSCMtransformationinitiatives.
