顧客向けサプライチェーン戦略の策定・実行、グローバルアプリの導入、オペレーション管理、主要顧客とのエンドツーエンド課題解決、および4名のチームマネジメントを担当します。
■業務内容
・顧客ソリューション戦略および運用モデルの開発と実行
・グローバル顧客向けアプリの国内導入とプロセス最適化
・受注・問合せ等のカスタマーサービス運用の統括とKPI管理
・主要顧客のSCM課題分析およびエンドツーエンド改善の提案
・営業・物流・IT等とのクロスファンクショナルなプロジェクト牽引
・4名のチームメンバーの指導、育成および能力開発の推進

・サプライチェーンや顧客ソリューションでのマネジメント経験
・クロスファンクショナルなプロジェクト推進および変革のリード経験
・ピープルマネジメントおよびチーム育成の実績
・流暢レベルの日本語力
